For those who enjoy a round of golf, F.E. Warren has a superb facility. Located on the northeastern end of the base are 18 beautifully laid out holes of golf. The course is open to everyone; military, guard, reserve, retired military and civilians as well as their family members. Golfers have the choice of paying the daily green fees or purchasing an annual pass. The annual season runs April 1 – March 31. Tee times are required for all daily play. Green fees vary by time of day and military rank. Soft spikes are required.

The clubhouse, located at 6110 Golfcourse Dr., has a pro shop, an ATM, full swing golf simulator, a snack bar, the Grill, locker rooms and a beautiful patio overlooking the 9th and 18th greens. The pro shop offers a complete line of clubs, bags, balls, shirts, shoes, and jackets. Club fitting and special orders are also available. Rentals include golf carts, pull carts and clubs. The Cavalry Cafe provides quality food and refreshments and welcomes groups and organizations to enjoy lunch for meetings, farewells or other get-togethers.

Lessons and practice is what it takes to take your game to the next level and the Warren Golf Course has excellent programs and facilities for both. Lessons get underway in May and include private and group instruction such as, Golf 101, Link Up 2 Golf and Golf 4 Kids. Practice facilities at the Warren course are the best around! Take a bucket of balls to the driving range or the 155 yard practice hole. Tune up your chipping and putting skills on their practice greens.

Golfing with friends is always a good time and the Warren Golf Course offers numerous ways to socialize on the course with regular tournaments and special events, ladies and couple’s leagues, and a squadron intramural golf program.
