Letters to Santa Drop your letter to Santa by our North Pole Mailbox any time before December 15. Santa will write you back before Christmas! Make sure you leave a legible return address!

December 2 – It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas! We have started decorating Fall Hall for the holidays. Come by and help us finish and make an ornament to hang on our tree. Christmas music, refreshments and plenty of holiday spirit.

December 6 – Holiday Season Kick Off Party, 3:30 – 7 p.m. Come on over to Fall Hall and kick off the holiday season with us! Visit Mr. and Mrs. Claus, decorate holiday cookies, games, BINGO, and crafts. FREE Refreshments provided. Chapel Tree Lighting is at 5:30 p.m.

December 7 – Kris Kringle Mart/Photos with Santa Arts and Crafts will be on site hosting a craft fair and there is plenty for the kids to do while you shop! Come decorate a gingerbread house at Fall Hall between 11 and 2 p.m. OR bring by one from home and enter our Gingerbread House competition! Entries must be in by 2 p.m. Candy Cane climb and Pictures with Santa go throughout the event. Activities are FREE, but you can bring a non-perishable food item, our Santa will be taking items to the food bank after the event.

December 9 – Llama and Pastry Day Celebrate National Llama and National Pastry Day with us. Free pastries while supplies last.

December 18 – Answer the Phone Like Buddy the Elf He is everyone’s favorite elf and we just can’t get enough of his Christmas enthusiasm. Feel free to call us extra today if you want to chat about candy canes and maple syrup.

December 20 – Ugly Sweater Christmas Climb, 3 – 6 p.m. FREE Rock Climbing Christmas event. Prizes for the best Ugly Sweaters. Free snacks.

December 23 – Holiday Cookie Decorating, 9 – 11 a.m. Stop by Fall Hall and partake in free cookie decorating. Save a few for Santa, and we will take the rest to the VA.

December 24 – 25 – CLOSED

December 31 – Cheyenne Downtown Depot, 3 – 6 p.m. Join Outdoor Recreation at the Cheyenne Downtown Depot for the New Year’s Eve Children’s Ball Drop. There will be fun festivities for the whole family. Your FE Outdoor Recreation partners with Visit Cheyenne to bring you information all the local fun the community has to offer.

Private Event Reservations

Here at your Fall Hall Community Center, we have a large variety of options for your next event. Whether you want to host a wine and cheese tasting up in our remodeled hardwood kitchen, a 1980s movie marathon in our small theatre upstairs in the lounge, a child’s birthday party complete with indoor playground and bounce house, or a more formal event like a business meeting or training class, we have options starting at as little as $20/hr. for private reservations. Ask about special discounts for training and morale events during the duty day.

Awake Coffee Shop

We know you work hard, and that’s why we work hard to have the most relaxing and cozy coffee shop in Cheyenne…right here on base. Here at Awake, we proudly serve Starbucks brand espresso and coffee, as well as a large menu of other specialty drinks, including frappuccinos, cold-brew coffee, tea, lemonade, and much more. With over 60 different syrup flavors, there are endless options for you to customize your drink so that it is as unique as you are.

Indoor Playground

The weather outside is frightful, but playtime at Fall Hall is delightful. As the temperatures outside drop and the snow starts to pile up, having your little ones play outside might not be an option. In October of 2016 we installed an indoor playground; it’s great for bad weather and it can be a welcome respite from being cooped up in the house.

Board Games and Video Games

Here at Fall Hall we have a large library of board games that are free to use here in the facility. We have all the classics like Monopoly and Rummikub as well as new favorites like Dominion, Ticket to Ride, and Last Night on Earth. If video games are more your thing, bring your friends over and challenge them to Mario Kart, Splatoon, Star Fox Zero, and others on our Wii U system – it’s hooked up in the theatre area so you can enjoy gaming on our projector and big screen!

Fall Hall is the best spot on base for experiencing video and computer gaming and traditional recreational games. Enjoy 55″ LED TVs that play an impressive selection of video games for the Nintendo Wii, PS3 and X-Box 360, and DVDs. Looking for more traditional games? We have ping pong, billiards and board games.

Free WiFi!
Located in our upstairs lounge, we have computers available at no cost that are networked to allow access to personal email and Facebook accounts.

About Us

Come check out the things that are happening at Fall Hall Community Center located at 110 East Plaza.

Relax in our Awake Coffee Shop, a café that proudly brews Starbucks coffee and has an extensive menu of specialty drinks, free wi-fi, and cozy seating and décor. Use it for your next meeting, interview, informal hang out, or study session. 

Our upstairs lounge offers additional space for seating, as well as computers, video games, and board games. It’s the perfect spot to get out of the office for your lunch break.

Fall Hall is a great place for the kids as well with our indoor playground area. They can burn off some energy while mom and dad sit back and chat. (All youth under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times within the facility.)

Check out the facility reservation package options. From meetings, retirements, commander’s calls, wedding receptions to birthday parties, rooms are available to support your special occasion needs.
Come by for a copy of our current Community Center Programs as well, we try to do events frequently to give our families a chance to get out of the house, do something fun, and meet other folks on base.
