The Education Center is located at 1205 Ziemann Blvd., Bldg. 841, and is open for walk-in customer service hours every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. with appointments available in the afternoon. They provide education/development opportunities to Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve officers & enlisted, dependents, retirees, DOD civilians and the on-base community. Services include testing, advising, tuition assistance, financial aid information and degree programs ranging from associates through masters.

Park University (PU)
Park University offers various associate, bachelor, and master degree programs that include Criminal Justice, Social Psychology, Management, and Management with specializations in Human Resources and Computer Information Systems. Community College of the Air Force (CCAF)
CCAF offers enlisted active duty Air Force (AF), Air National Guard (ANG), and AF Active Reserve members the opportunity to complete an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in their given Air Force Specialty Code(s)

The Education & Training Center offers a variety of testing services available to all members of the F. E. Warren AFB community, including active duty military, Guard and Reserve personnel, retired military, dependents, contractors, and civilian employees. However, active duty military and qualified civilian employees have priority and others are scheduled on a space available basis. Examinees funded by the Department of Defense (i.e., active duty military and some civilian employees) take exams at no charge.

Training, Counseling and Tuition Assistance
Formal training is a key component to improving Airman professional competence and helping the Air Force maintain its combat capability in today’s dynamic environment. It includes training at in-resident SNCO and NCO academies as well as all Air Force-level supplemental training such as security, communications or electronics, and instruction at 7-level in-resident schools. Base OPR for developing, implementing, and managing training policies and procedures. Coordinates and disseminates training policy and program changes, assists commanders and unit personnel with developing training
programs, brief installation/wing commander quarterly on Status of Training, conducts Staff Assistance Visits, conducts Base Training quarterly meetings, and OPR for external surveys and evaluations. Provides guidance to Commanders and Unit Training Managers on all CDC related matters. The Employee Development Manager (EDM) assists and advises employees, leadership, and management regarding training and development of various types and sources of training and funding options available to them. The EDM can assist individuals with the following: identifying and developing formal training plans, mandatory training courses i.e. New Employee Orientation (NEO), Supervisor Training, and Civilian Tuition Assistance (CIV TA) as well as other training opportunities provided through both individual and group briefings regarding civilian training needs, career development and broadening, (CDE) and Professional Military Education (PME). The Education Center provides education advising/counseling to assigned military personnel, their dependents, retirees, and DOD civilian personnel, free of charge. Informational, diagnostic, and/or academic advising is available to individuals pursuing undergraduate/graduate, vocational, technical, and professional development opportunities at various levels. Air Force Tuition Assistance (TA)
TA is available to Air Force active duty personnel to assist them in meeting tuition costs. Tuition assistance will only cover $3750 total per fiscal year (starting 1 Oct 20).
