The MPS consist of three sections that provide customer service to the entire base populace, consisting of approximately 3000 AD personnel, their dependents and retirees from the surrounding area.
Customer Service Section 773-4711:
Common Access Cards, dependent and retiree identification cards, Leave Web, Base INTRO program, Right Start, and line of duty determinations.
In order to obtain either a Common Access Card or dependent identification card the recipient must present two forms of identification.
Walk-in hours for DEERS updates and ID Cards will be from 0730 – 1200. After which time we will be open for appointments and emergency situations only. The link to schedule an appointment is below.
DEERS updates, to include obtaining/signing DD Form 1172-2s, Changing CAC Email, Nominating dependents for addition to the DEERS, update/remove existing nominations, Editing Contact Information, are available at the DMDC Self Service Website below.
Career Development Section 773-6090:
Outbound Assignments, Reenlistments and Extensions, Enlisted Promotions, Retirements and Separations, Officer Promotions. All our Career Development technicians are trained in all programs relating to this section, so rather than calling a specific technician to get assistance on a specific program, please feel free to reach out to any of our experts to get your questions answered.
The installation commander invites all newly assigned personnel and spouses to attend newcomer’s orientation at Trail’s End Club. The orientation includes presentations from base agencies and provides helpful information on the local community. Community and base organizations have Information displays and literature to share during breaks. Contact the Airmen and Family Readiness Center for additional details.
